“Recognition from BtoB magazine represents an important validation of our focus on aligning branding and marketing strategy with business strategy, “ said Howard Breindel, Partner and Co-Founder of DeSantis Breindel. “As the economy continues to recover, B2B companies are adjusting their business strategies to compete more effectively and grow market share. This requires a corresponding focus on branding and marketing strategy so that they find new ways to connect and reconnect with their most important audiences, including clients and prospects, employees, investors and communities.”
DeSantis Breindel provides synchronized branding and marketing solutions to financial services, technology, professional services and life science companies, as well as foundations and associations. In 2011, the Firm experienced significant client and revenue growth. Major new client wins included, EisnerAmper, Capital IQ, the New York Water Authority, APR Energy, Deutsche Bank and Energy Education. DeSantis Breindel was also awarded new mandates from established clients including national print, online and radio advertising campaigns for CIT and Royal Bank of Scotland; new film assignments for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and several of its grantees; and multiple new assignments for Stephens, most notably the development and launch of “Center Street, The Stephens CEO Summit.” This invitation-only event brought together prominent CEOs and thought leaders from business, politics and academia to discuss the most pressing issues of our time. A second summit will be held in October 2012.
To reflect and support recent growth, an expanded client offering and the Firm’s increasing focus on developing B2B thought leadership content, DeSantis Breindel undertook a rebranding in 2011. The new brand, built around the concept of “Smart about Change,” was introduced on a new website that features more than 60 cases studies and a “BrandED” content portal with white papers, blog posts and articles.
“Rebranding was a significant milestone for our firm,” said Dru DeSantis, Partner and Co-Founder of DeSantis Breindel. “As our business has grown, and as we’ve achieved a higher profile through our publishing efforts and speaking engagements, it was important to reflect this change in a new brand. Receiving the BtoB Magazine recognition following this important inflection point in our own development is particularly gratifying.”
